GAA: MacRory glory again for Maghera
The raging hot favourites found the net after only three minutes through Shane McGuigan and when the full forward repeated the dose you got the feeling that the result was inevitable.
Francis Kearney then fired in goal number three and, while St.Paul’s replied with points from Jarlath Og Burns, Damian O’Hagan and Shea Loye, another major from Paddy Quigg left it 4-4 to 0-5 at halftime.

With ten minutes to go Ryan McSherry was denied a goal by a brilliant Sean Cassidy save at a time when six points separated the sides. Maghera closed the game out in style with an injury time penalty from Conall Darragh.
