VIDEO: Ferguson thrilled by players’ attitude in Glentoran draw
Glenn Ferguson said he was thrilled by the attitude shown by his Ballymena United players in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Glentoran.
Ferguson watched his side grab an injury time equaliser after playing with 10 men since the fifth minute dismissal of skipper Allan Jenkins.
“To show character like that, will to win, a desire not to get beaten right to the end - in the past with 11 men at 2-1 down we would have lost that game.
“But we have a different group of players now and a better mental attitude where we will fight to the last whistle.
