Burns’ Night at Burnside

BURNSIDE Ulster-Scots Society will be holding their annual Burns’ Night Celebration and Supper on Friday, February 1 at 7.30pm in Burnside Hall, Loughanmore Road, Antrim.

There will be the formal piping-in and Address to the Haggis, followed by the traditional supper of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties.

Gammon will also be available for those who do not wish to sample the Haggis. The meal will be finished off with dessert.

The admission charge of £10.00 includes the meal and entertainment.

Matthew Warwick will once again “Address the Haggis” which is always something special to look forward to.

The meal will be followed by Ulster-Scots entertainment which will include some of our home-grown talent.

Organisers are always well supported at this important event and this year it is hoped that, as well as regular guests, many more from all over the area will attend.

Organisers would encourage everyone to come along to this event and enjoy the company and craic of your fellow Ulster-Scots.
