HUNDREDS crowded into St Mary’s graveyard for the burial of renowned poet Seamus Heaney today.

The officiating priest said he was a son of Bellaghy who had come home to the place he loved.

He said in a way Seamus had never really left the people who had influenced him and his work over the years.
