Police attended the scene of the crash

ONE person was taken to hospital yesterday (Monday) following a road accident on the Staffordstown Road.

His condition has been described as serious, but stable.

The one-vehicle collision occurred earlier on Monday and the road between Randalstown and Staffordstown, at its junctions with the Blackrock Road and the Cleve Road, were closed for a time.
