A suspicious object at the centre of a security alert near the village of Dunadry at the weekend has been declared “nothing untoward”.
Army bomb squad officers carried out a controlled explosion on the Clady Road on Saturday.
Part of the Clady Road wasclosed to traffic with diversions in place for a time during the alert.
No-one was evacuated and the alert has now come to an end.
Police said: “The object has been declared as nothing untoward.”
