A police spokesperson said, as is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

Three men have been arrested to date in connection with the murder, with two charged to court while one remains on bail to allow for further police enquiries.

Police have described Mr Conway’s killing as a "horrific, calculated and ruthless murder".

At the time of his death, he was on bail after being charged with the murder of Shane Whitla in Lurgan a year ago.
