Firearm recovered in Strabane
Detectives from Serious Crime Branch investigating dissident republican terrorist activity conducted searches in the Melvin Road and Ballycolman Estate area of Strabane last night.
A suspected firearm was recovered during the search in Melvin Road and has been taken away for further forensic examination.
The operation ended shortly after 2am this morning.
