Sentencing in the case of a 26-year-old man charged with causing grievous bodily harm by driving has been adjourned until April 7 at Banbridge Magistrates Court.

Luke Robb, Watson’s Lane, Portadown, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to a male by driving without due care and attention on March 23 last year on the Moyallen Road.

Given the seriousness of the offence Deputy District Judge Liam McStay adjourned the case until April 7 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.
