Antrim Floral Art Club celebrates 35 years

ANTRIM Floral Art Club is set for an exciting 2013 as they will be celebrating their Coral anniversary (35 years).

The year will start off with their February meeting (February 14) and it will include a demonstration by Lynda Lyons who is an area demonstrator from Lurgan.

The March meeting is the Open Demonstration by Yolanda Campbell, Area Demonstrator, from Dungannon and the title of the demonstration is “The Promise of Spring”.

An evening not to be missed and is open to all.

Cost is £8 and the chosen charity is NI Hospice.

Demonstrations will take place at Parkhall College, Senior School, Birch Hill Road, Antrim.

Tickets will be available from any member of the club or contact Marretta Coleman PR officer (information below).

Lots more workshops, demonstrations and competitions will be happening throughout the year.

If you are interested in Floral Art, come along, the Chairman Anne and members would be delighted to meet you, and can assure you of a warm welcome, creativity, fun and friendship through flowers.

The club meets on the second Thursday of each month, September to June (excluding January) and meet in the Methoodist Church Hall, Greystone Road, Antrim.

Antrim Floral Art Club is part of NIGFAS (Northern Ireland Group of Flower Arranging Societies)
