BALLYMENA entrepreneurs will get all the advice they need on how best to dress and develop a professional corporate image at a Women On The Move event in Leighinmohr House Hotel this Thursday, January 22.
The seminar, entitled 'Dress for Success', starts at 7pm and will discuss the techniques to dress with confidence and create the right first impression in a commercial environment. It is supported by Invest Northern Ireland and sponsored by Ballymena
Borough Council, Firmus Energy and Hobbs Ltd.

We only get one chance to make a first impression and image is so important in all aspects of our lives.

Like it or like it not we are often judged by the way we dress and present ourselves. - Projecting the right image can mean the difference between the success and failure of our business.

Speaker for the evening will be Alma McManus from Clothesology.
Alma has over 20 years experience in this field and has worked with a number of well known companies and designers.

She set up her own business in 2000 called Clothesology (www.clothesology.com) and believes the way you present yourself has a major impact on your success.

Women on the Move's Co-ordinator Joanne Brown Kerr explained: "This event is an excellent opportunity to hear from an expert on image. I'm looking forward to hearing how to dress with confidence!"

"This event also provides the opportunity for those running a business or thinking about starting a business a chance to get together and learn from each other."

Sharon Polson of Invest NI's Entrepreneurship Development Team, said: "It is important that entrepreneurs and company executives ensure that their personal image reflects the professionalism and quality of their business, to both customers and business partners alike."
