WINTER weddings are more in vogue than ever but we forget that the groom also needs plenty of TLC and style advice ahead of the big day.
Hireclass, Northern Ireland's leading wedding hire experts who have just scooped up a huge Customer Service Retail award for the Ballymena area give their top tips on getting your style right.

"When thinking about the I do's, customer service and expertise should be top of your priorities," explains Darrell Shields from Hireclass.

"Wedding advice has to be above the norm. You're planning the most important day of your life so select an industry expert who will ease the pressure by offering ultra stylish options."

Wedding memories last for years so if you don't want to stick out like a sore thumb in those photo albums or give your wife grounds for divorce, then pay attention to the fit, fad, fickle theory.

"It's all about the fit, be realistic. Dress for your shape and size. Squeezing your thighs or gut into the wrong suit, will have disastrous consequences.

Darrell adds: "It's easier to order a smaller size at a later stage rather than crash dieting to make a slimmer fit work!"

"Guys also like to think they're hip by following the latest fashion fads- my advice is be careful. Pick an elegant timeless style that will complement your other half- you can still be on trend without calling in the fashion police.

"Finally, don't be fickle! Stop worrying about the colour, the size you hope to be or what anyone else thinks- once you accept who you are, it will be all smooth sailing.

"Be confident, relax and know that your bride is marrying for love and not the latest super skinny suit trousers you're wearing!"

So, with a little help from the experts you can be sure to make it down the aisle suited and booted to perfection.

Hireclass is based at 2-6 Wellington Street, Ballymena, 028 2564 2604
