SHE'S a talented knitter and crafter who has already published several books - and now Carol Meldrum is making a welcome return to Cullybackey.
Carol will be hosting three workshops at the Glen Gallery on Thursday, May 29; Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31.
Thursday and Friday's workshop (from 10am to 4pm) will concentrate on crochet and Carol will take participants step by step through how to make a fantastic pair of slippers - perfect for presents or
simply keep them for yourself!

Saturday's one-day workshop will concentrate on knitting and specifically knitting embellishment.

Ever wondered how the professionals give their pieces that extra touch which makes it unique?

This is a great opportunity to learn embellishment techniques like swiss darning from an expert in the field.

Carol has been a Design Consultant for Rowan Yarns, which means she is full of inspirational, exciting new ideas - and she's keen to share them at The Glen Gallery!

Her books include Easy Beaded Crochet Accessories, Funky Knits and Easy Crochet Accessories and her latest release - Knitted Icons - has caught the imagination of crafters all over the world.

Places on these workshops are limited so if you're interested, don't hang around.

You can book your place by contacting the Glen Gallery on 028 2588 0354.
