JUNCTION One International Outlet Shopping Centre in Antrim has once again raised the bar for outlet retailing with the signing of leading international lifestyle brand Tom Tailor.
Already trading at over 6,150 locations in more than 35 countries throughout the world this will be Tom Tailor's first outlet store in the UK and Ireland.

Fitting out of the 4,300 sq ft unit is expected to start imminently with an opening date sc
heduled later this summer.

Commenting on the announcement, John Drummond, Asset Manager Junction One, said: "Tom Tailor is a premium brand with a well established global track record for top-quality, casual leisure wear and fashionable accessories for men, women and kids. With the addition of Denim Male and Denim Female the company designs up to twelve collections in each of its five divisions each year providing extensive choice throughout its ranges."

"Whilst Tom Tailor is already trading through franchises at a full price store in Rushmere Shopping Centre with another unit soon to open in Victoria Square it is still a relatively new name to shoppers in Northern Ireland. We are delighted to be able to offer our customers such an exciting international brand with the added benefit of discounts of up to 60 per cent. Tom Tailor is a perfect addition to the Junction One offer and will bring a new dimension to our existing fashion wear portfolio."

A spokesperson for Tom Tailor added: "The Tom Tailor brand is aimed at the young at heart, offering casual clothing which cross age and lifestyle barriers. Junction One is an ideal retail environment for us as our collections will perfectly complement the existing mix of contemporary and classic fashion wear on offer. The centre's Antrim location was also key to our decision making process as we wanted our first venture into the UK's outlet sector to deliver guaranteed footfall and there is no doubt that Junction One's success to date in attracting over 12 million visitors will more than meet those requirements."

Tom Tailor is only one of a number of new additions to the Junction One tenant list. Just opened is Kurt Muller, a highly creative designer label which will appeal to young fashionistas and those seeking
contemporary style.

Junction One has also just exchanged contracts with leading menswear retailer Moss Bros who will be offering a full range of designer labels including Baumler, Pierre Cardin, Savoy Taylors Guild and Moss Bros Hire. Fitting out of this 2,500 sq ft store has already begun with an opening scheduled at the end of June.

John Drummond added: "Junction One's winning combination of excellent location, exciting tenant mix and critical mass has made it the dominant factory outlet centre for Ireland. The introduction of Tom Tailor as a European market leader, along with our other new signings, is further evidence of our commitment to build the Junction One brand by constantly improving and refining the customer offer. As we begin our fifth year of trading, with the new dynamic brought by these international labels, we are confident of yet another successful year."
