i used this gym for about 2 months and thought all the equipment was top rate. the only thing i can say is it was a bit expensive, i paid about £45 a month, although i suppose you could argue that all gyms are costing more. i worked with a personal trainer while i was here, and he was really helpful, motivating and knowledgable. this was free as it was included within my membership. the changing facilites were excellent because they were really clean and that is something i am very particular about. you can go here on a casual basis but i am not sure how much that costs but i know that you have to do an induction before you can start using, which i did and found really helpful. Highly recommended.

a great gym, looks just like a hotel inside, in my opinion, it has just about everything you could want from a gym : pool, actual gym bit, dance studio, tennis courts, squash courts, table tenniss courts, badminton / all purpose room, cafe with massive screens the size of a wall, sports sho, sauna, beauty clinic, all sorts really!
only downside is its a bit pricey, if you only go once a week you end up paying through the nose for each visit as the monthly subscription for over 18s is somewhere around £80
