NEW York guitarist extraordinaire Adam Bomb will be making a show-stopping appearance at the Diamond Rock Club on Saturday night (October 24).
The guitarist's life story is an unbelievable read - at age 14, Adam formed his first band with Queensryche singer Geoff Tate. The next year he met Eddie Van Halen who was so impressed with his guitar playing that he gave Adam a three-hour lesson and
invited him to join Van Halen on tour.

At only 16 he was asked to audition for Kiss and despite Gene Simmons thinking he was too young, he was so impressed by Adam's playing that he was offered the gig.

In 1982, at the age of 17, Adam relocated to Hollywood and moved into a house with Jeff 'Izzy' Isabelle who was just about to form his own band, Guns and Roses.

Replacing Yngwie Malsteem in Steeler in 1983, Adam moved to New York the following year and set up his own band, Adam Bomb, releasing his debut album Fatal Attraction.

The next 15 or so years were spent touring relentlessly with the likes of Metallica, Armored Saint and The Dog's D'amour, as well as playing on countless other people's records such as Mick Jagger and John Paul Jones.

In the past few years Adam has been averaging about 250 live gigs a year, playing with the likes of WASP, Twisted Sister, Steven Adler, and Hanoi Rocks,

His stage show is second to none and includes pyrotechnics, fireworks and flaming guitars.

The Diamond Rock Club show on Saturday, October 24, will be Adam's only gig in Northern Ireland and really should not be missed - his guitar playing is phenomenal.

Support on the night comes from Trucker Diablo who have a fast touring history, doing the rounds in previous band such as Tilted and Joy Rider.
